Who should attend
- This seminar is aimed at IT professionals who already have knowledge of Hyper-V and its management tools (Hyper-V Manager > Switch and Disk Manager) and who are or will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of a (virtualized) Microsoft client-server infrastructure.
- Through practical exercises, you will learn how to install, configure, and administer virtualized server infrastructures using Hyper-V with the management tools.
- Hyper-V Manager / PowerShell
- Windows Admin Center – WAC
- System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2025 (SCVMM)
- The installation, configuration, and management of small and large infrastructures around Hyper-V with System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2025 (SCVMM) are a key focus.
- Newcomers to Hyper-V administration with System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2025 are just as welcome as administrators who need to learn about the new features of Microsoft's Hyper-V Server 2022/2025 and get a basic introduction to SCVMM 2025.
Prerequisites
- Professional experience with Windows client operating systems such as Windows 10 / Windows 11
- Experience with Windows servers and basic knowledge of PowerShell are advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of operating client-server environments around Hyper-V or prior attendance of the course; Hyper-V: Virtualization with Windows Server 2022/2025 (HYPERV)
