You develop business dashboard requirements, designing prototype dashboards, tools, and techniques for mining data. The data sources include IBM applications, such as Netcool Operations Insight, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, IBM Tivoli Business Services Manager, Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager, and Netcool Network Management.
